Star trek adventures values list
The dice included in the starter set are two standard D20’s, and four custom D6’s. Overall, the tokens are standard cardboard punch out tokens, but they serve their purpose and they’re perfect for a starter set like this one. You can easily use these tokens in other games too, especially if you don’t use miniatures or haven’t purchased any yet. The character tokens consisting of player characters, opponents, and ships, are perfect for the starter set. You can use anything to represent Momentum and Threat, but it’s nice to have actual tokens designed for Momentum and Threat. The Momentum and Threat tokens are pieces you will definitely use for every game you play. There are Momentum, Threat, and character/ship tokens. In the starter set, you’ll find several different punch board tokens.

You NEED sleeves if you want to be able to read the text after 4 or 5 plays. *At times, it seems too long for what it is. Fighting can still be a viable option though. *Mission based play, rather than kill everyone based play, much like the show. *The dilemma cards really make the game feel like an episode of Star Trek, especially if you've seen many of the episodes the cards are from. *Factions all feel differently with different strategies character powers and ships. *Cost system keeps the game interesting, and makes your choices really mean something. Though, the Star Trek setting helps, I really love how it's not so much about outright attacking the other players, but using other sly evil tricks to mess them up. I also have both Borg and Dominion starter decks, and 24 booster packs for Call to Arms.Īll I can say is "wow". I have each starter faction (Klingon, Romulan, DS9 and Federation), as well as 24 booster packs from the first base series.
